My Resources

Hello! Thank you for visiting my resource page and taking the time to make your purchases here. Through your orders I earn small commissions (no charge to you!) and they are greatly appreciated. Even though the amounts are very small, they add up slowly over time and are used to help support my family and our ministry here in Central America (www.ro4y.org). Again, thank you and hope you will make this your regular stop for kitchen & food supplies!

Tropical Traditions:
Most often I make my purchases on Amazon.com and Vitacost.com for the best prices, but below are products that I use whenever possible from Tropical Traditions. I don't always have all these products in my kitchen due to where we live, what we do & finances, but one thing you will always find in my kitchen is coconut flour. All my recipes that call for coconut flour are from Tropical Traditions.

I love these products because I have tested them and find them to be of excellent quality. I hope you will enjoy these products as much as I do and find them often in great prices!

Excellent Health Books:
I love a good book, especially one that helps me improve the health of my family. Being missionaries in a country where sickness and filth is the norm has me constantly on my toes with keeping my family in good health. Preventative health is the key to good health. These books are always ready for my use when I need them!

Excellent Homesteading & Gardening Books:
I am not an expert when it comes to homesteading and gardening, but I am learning! These books have been a huge help and encouragement for us to keep going forward, even when it gets hard. Hope you will enjoy them as much as I do!

Favorite Cookbooks:
I am the kind of person who likes to collect good cookbooks... not just any kind, but the kinds that align with our health & whole food diet beliefs. Of course, not all cookbooks are like that and I've made some adjustments to ingredients to make them more wholesome. These are books that have been tested in my kitchen and proven their worth!
